The EZ17 mini excavator with heli-tilt is the most popular and versatile excavator in the Diggermate range for tight access. Suited to the commercial jobsite and domestic work around the home. If you have never operated an excavator before, this unit will help you learn. The EZ17 Mini Excavator is just the right size and it’s easy to operate. The heli-tilt hitch is fully automated tilting quick hitch (no need to get off the machine to change bucket).

If you are an experienced operator, you will love the speed of movement due to the increased hydraulic flow and class-leading break-out power.

Pick Up Or Delivery?

Pick-up and drop-off times are extremely convenient. A mini excavator’s standard pick-up time is at 6:30 am with drop-off any time up until 6 pm in the afternoon. You may also choose to hire for multiple days and keep the machine overnight at your own secure location.

The Mini Excavator comes on a trailer ready to tow away. To pick up the machine, you need a vehicle with a braked towing capacity of 2.5 tonnes.

The trailer is fitted with mechanical over hydraulic braking system (no need for electric brake controller) and 7 pin flat plug.

f you don’t have a vehicle with the correct towing requirements, no worries, we can have the machine delivered for $65 each way within a 40km radius. Any further outside this radius is also fine and rates can be quoted to your area. Just message us.
